Chicken sausage that is.

I gave up pork and red meat a few years ago.  But darn it if I haven’t been tempted…I actually had a sausage themed birthday party this year.  I couldn’t help myself.

But with the New Year I am officially back on the wagon.  So far, it’s been happy trails thanks to these little-chicken-sausage-links-of-wonder.
